DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We charge sales tax only for orders shipped within the State of Texas. As of Jan. 1 2013, the current sales tax rate is 8.25%.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR APO/FPO'S?
Yes, we ship to all locations where UPS, USPS, and DHL service is available. You should expect to pay a UPS brokerage fee in addition to any taxes which is imposed by customs for imported goods. Customs laws vary among countries.
Orders to APO/FPO or U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS Mail Service.

International Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected .
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

How do I checkout?
I know what your thinking, awww man I have to checkout through PayPal and I don't have a PayPal account! PayPal has made checkout awesomely easy YOU DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT TO CHECK OUT THROUGH PAYPAL! Simply select pay now using debit and WALLAH you can enter in your debit card digits! If you are having it shipped to an address other than your billing, PayPal covers that!
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

I am having trouble paying with my card!
If you are experiencing trouble processing your payment at checkout, please first check that your billing address, name and information all correlates to the information that the bank who provide your card, have on their records. If the information does not match up the payment will not be initiated. If its still not working please email and we will send you a invoice.

How do I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or your order please contact as soon as possible after the order is placed. We will unfortunately not be able to cancel orders once they are processed.
We are not able to add items to existing orders that has already been shipped . Please place a new order and Contact Us with both order numbers . We will be able to combine the shipping and reimburse you for the extra shipping charge on the second order. This is provided that you contact us as soon as possible after you place both orders, before the first order has been processed.

How to care human hair pieces?
Cool or warm water is recommended.
Use shampoo and hairbrush gently.
Rinse thoroughly with hair conditioner and apply cream rinse or wet-look spray as desired.
Pat dries and brushing a wide toothcomb, sprays throughout.
Set and dry naturally.
Comb into desired style after hair is completely dry.

How to care synthetic hair pieces?
Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water.
Add a dash of shampoo and swish gently.
Rinse thoroughly in cool water.
Do not brush while wet.
Brush into desired style after wig completely dry.
No setting is necessary, curl will snap back into position when hair is completely dry.

How to wash human wigs?
Fill a basin with lukewarm water.
Add a capful of wig shampoo and conditioner mix with water. If the wig has odors, you may add a teaspoon of baking soda to the basin. Never use regular shampoo on synthetic wigs.
Gently move the wig in the water about one minute until wig is saturated.
Gently clean the part stained until clean.
Leave the wig about 20 minutes.
Rinse it with cool clean water.
Gently squeeze the wig to remove water. Do not wring or twist the wig.
Spray on the wig with wig conditioner or wig spray.
Spread the wig out on a dry towel and leave it until it dry.
Style the wig
